No Sky Stream channels working at all!!!!!
All live (Tonight Sky News for example) and Playlist (Tonight The Jackal for example) options result in the following:
1. "Please wait for your programme to load "- takes over a minute on a 70Mbps 4g connection
2. "There is a technical fault with this programme. Please try again later.
- after another minute a selection is available
3. Then it reverts back to the selection page again after another minute
So I am in a loop.......!!!!!
Together with my previous reply post yesterday* 11 Nov to Football skipping 10 Nov post by megan, I am getting very poor Sky service.
* Watching Sky football on Playlist after EVERY 24 seconds it stops and then skips 12 seconds forwards!
Also Playlist for F1 is terrible as you cannot select individual transmissions such as say Practise 1 or Qualifying or Sprint etc as when you select a SERIES it simply shows F1 - NOT individual sessions!!!!!
Stream has been live now for a long long time but the system is very very flaky and clunky even for their own programmes, as in my examples above.
But now nothing is working!!!

Either by removing power from the puck for a few minutes
Or
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Yep, I already have done exactly what you have suggested.
1. Removed power - no change
2. Restart device - this worked. So now all good for this particular issue. But why would this original fault happen any way though?
My other previous issues still remain
a. F1 playlist is not able to show individual sessions, such as qualifying, practice 1... etc. So am unable to select the individual sections I am interested in.
b. Sky football from playlist when played stops every 24 seconds and then skips forwards 12 seconds continuously. So totally unwatchable. 😞
I have reported a&b to Sky with no response yet.
Looking at previous posts they have known about issue b and have not yet fixed the issue.

I see your Football skipping has been escalated to Sky in your other posting, so hopefully Sky will work with you on that, when you chat online with them.

Find out moreAs for F1, you may want to do some searching on here for the last couple of races, as some customers did have delayed playlist for some of the the F1 content. As far as I was aware it was fixed eventually, but still be some sessions that are missing.
Would suggest for this contacting the VR team, to report your issues of certain F1 sessions recently that are missing.

They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems. They can take a few days or so sometimes to reply.
