Add skipping not working

I have 2 sky stream pucks, on one of the pucks the add skipping option comes up and works fine, on my 2nd puck the option never comes up.

 

i have tried restarting and updated both pucks, the problem remains.

 

my add skipping sub is current

Hi @Tw15 

 

The button is new in the latest software release (QS034.022.00p). The software is rolled out in batches, it's likely one puck isn't on latest software.

 

You can check this by going to settings > system management 

 

There is no way for force the update.
