Ad Skipping not applied to new account
Ad skipping was applied to my new account for 6 months free upon setup but I am unable to skip any ads as they are trying to get me to pay for it now. Any ideas what to do ?

Re: Ad Skipping not applied to new account
@AdornsI'm not sure what your expectations are but Add Skipping will only work with catchup and Apps. Obviously it can't work on live broadcasts as this would be a physical impossibility.
Add Skipping does not mean no adverts it means you can skip (i.e. fast forward) through them. It would obviously help if the FF function worked better than it does but that's another matter.
Add skipping is not very good and to essentially charge subscribers extra to FF through the adverts is not warranted..

Re: Ad Skipping not applied to new account
Has your six month offer completed?
If so, check in the MySky app, under Your Products.
Click on Manage home setup.
Look under ad skipping and see if there is another offer for a few more months of ad skipping.
