Account restricted

I've never had a sky product and I'm trying to buy sky stream online and when I got to pay they say I have an outstanding payment and I click to pay and it says I'm restricted!?!?!?! Very annoying. Can someone help me please ?

Perhaps somebody used your details to subscribe to Sky and when payments failed they were blocked?

 

You will have to phone Sky to report your issue☹️

As per the info from @Exiled-in-HH, this is a public customer helps customer forum and we are fellow subscribers. You will need to call Sky customer services or use the live chat feature on the website.

 

If you go to this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home

And scroll down to need more help, you will see an 033 number for Sky. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post phone numbers.
