Hi @Vishalpatel
Try the troubleshooting steps and un-pairing and re-pairing your remote as per this article: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass.
If that doesn't work, it could be a fault with the remote it's self. As the pucks are loaned to you, contact Sky (we are fellow subscribers here on the forum) and they will arrange for a new remote to be sent to you.
