So after my first 9 days, here are the issues ive faced, which I have to say are fewer than I expected.
Lip syncing
Screen going black
Remote/ puck not responding
Images speeding up before slowing back to normal on football.
So, lip sync was sorted, or appears to be.
Black screen was something I altered in settings.
Puck no response, a simple switch off and back on.
After talking to sky, they say most problems will be to do with internet speed.
Other than this, I dont appear to have had much problem.
My playlist asks me to continue watching a program if i leave it and come back to it.
So far so good.

I have access to 3 Sky Puck installation ... all work satisfactorily😉

We've got 2 pucks and they do what they're supposed to. There are a few quirks that need ironing out on the software side but Sky seem to be addressing them through updates. The last big update introduced new features, improved stability and the facility to reboot the puck from the menu rather than pulling the cable.
