1018 error when trying to add UHD

On Sky Stream, when trying to upgrade to UHD from the guide, I am always presented with a 1018 error.

 

I believe this might be because I previously returned another Puck when I cancelled whole home, but the original puck doesnt seem to be activated? Please can someone help as I've just purchased a new TV and want the UHD channels.
