Sky Puck keeps turning off and back on.

if my sky puck is on for any longer than 40 minutes at a time it freezes and then reboots itself. Any one else having this issue? Extremely frustrating. Support have walked through the normal stuff of turning off and ok checking internet speed etc. and no improvement. Ready to cancel!
