Your session has expired as you have been offline for 0 days.

Trying to watch a boxset I purchased, and keep getting an error message 

"Your session has expired as you have been offline for 0 days.
Please open your Sky Store app with an internet connection for a moment so we can renew your session.  You'll then e able to watch your downloads offline"

Problem is I am connected to the internet, I have tried rebooting the ipad, my router, logging off and back onto sky store, reinstalling the app, changing ISP's. 
Nothing has resovled this issue, it started yesterday.

Anyone have any ideas?
