Trying to watch a boxset I purchased, and keep getting an error message
"Your session has expired as you have been offline for 0 days.
Please open your Sky Store app with an internet connection for a moment so we can renew your session. You'll then e able to watch your downloads offline"
Problem is I am connected to the internet, I have tried rebooting the ipad, my router, logging off and back onto sky store, reinstalling the app, changing ISP's.
Nothing has resovled this issue, it started yesterday.
Anyone have any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you iPad is connected to a Wifi connection have you tried disabling this first then rebooting the iPad and once is has loaded back up turned the Wifi connection back on again before using the app ?

Yes have already tried that and still no joy. It loads for about 10 seconds then brings up the error again.

yes i deleted and re-added the app yesterday, and there are no updates pending for that app.
Currently running version 6.24

Are you in the UK at the moment ?
Is your IPad showing uk time or a different time
I have known non uk time zones can cause server confusion.
If you are not in the UK try temporarily changing your iPad time to UK time
if you are in the UK please ignore me 🙂

I am in the UK, but to be sure I checked time settings and its set to BST.

Probably a temporary issue with Sky's servers?
Also a coding issue with the error message!

Just had this problem on my sons iPad, the movie he was trying to watch had been downloaded onto his iPad. When I deleted the download it then allowed me to stream it.
