VIP Free film

I received an email telling me I can select from list a free film. Email included a code to apply at checkout.

When at checkout I looked for apply code box, I couldnt find it. Tried sveral times to no avail so I didnt get the offer of a free film.

Annoyed as it would have been a very nice addition.

When logging into the Sky Store website here if these films appear as £0.00 then you can go ahead and "purchase" one:

https://www.skystore.com/n/mvse/all-offers/sky-vip-welcome-gift

If you do have to use the code try entering it here:

https://www.skystore.com/redeem

Only Buy and Keep films can then be sent to your Sky box.
