Blank Movie Tiles on Sky Store Purchases - SKY Q Box

Hi

I have found an issue on a couple of movie box sets I have bought from sky store when viewing in my 'purchases' section.

Only happend with 2 box sets out of a good number I have bought, but for some reason although the correct 'tile' or icon can be viewed in my purchases, a second 'blank' blue tile is slotted next to it and has all the movie info associated with it but if you select it, crashes the sky Q box.

Just wondered if there was an eay fix to get rid if these errors?

Hi - many thanks for the reply

 

I have been in touch with SkyStore Expert who has confirmed;

 

  •   I do apologise for that, unfortunately this is a simple glitch in the system, as this is not a registered purchase we cannot remove it, I do apologise for that.
  •  Unfortunately we haven't found a cause just yet but it might be patched out on a future software update
