Unable to purchase movies on sky store
When trying to purchase a film it keeps saying we our account is not enabled for purchases attempted to call 3 times this evening and been cut off every time after listening to hold music for 20 minutes.

This is a very common error that can be fixed by Sky store support so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
