Hi, I have noticed lately we have been unable to buy from sky store. It tells us we don't have permission for this service. My sky's on n bills are paid and up to date so can't see why it's stopping us buying. Any help would be great, tia

Find out moreThis is something the Sky Store support team will be able to fix for you, so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

This is something we hear of often on the forum - it's usually just that the Skystore team need to agree with you and set up a credit limit on your account for rentals / purchases
you won't get them today but they are there from 11am tomorrow and then until 7.30pm
