Hi, we are trying to download a film off the sky store, but all we keep getting is the message "because of a technical issue your download cannot be co.pleted, please try again later", we have been trying on and off for a week and keep getting the same. Any ideas?

Which movie ? Useful to know just in case it's a problem at the Sky end
Is your internet connection ok ? (I mean - can you download catchup programmes )
Always a good first step to power off at the mains plug for at least a minute to restart the box.
If you've already tried those - a few more things to try. Do post again if the basic things above don't help
