Technical fault with downloading a purchased film. No internet issues and tried resetting both box and mini box but no joy

Are you able to view the film here via your online Sky Store account and then after selcting it, hit the download to box option:

 

https://www.skystore.com/n/mlbm/my-library/my-movies

 

If you get another error message then all you can do is to contact Sky Store support, if it helps they have a live chat that is available from 11.00am on Monday and can be found here:

Thanks for this, I have tried to download from the link you sent and it won't let me do it either so I will contact the live chat tomorrow morning.
