Accidentally bought a film and want to cancel

My son bought a film for £15 and I want to cancel as it's already on netflix ! Is there anyway I can do this as stupidly I can't speak to anyone at Sky

All you can do is to speak to Sky @Lily21 to see what they say. There is a live chat that is available from 11am onwards tomorrow:
