It depends on the circumstances
If you rent a uhd movie on your Sky box and don't view any of it then you won't be charged. The charge should only kick in when you start to view.
so if these are the circumstances- just delete it - then go to recordings / manage / deleted and delete again out of there
Then just rent it again in the format you prefer.
If the circumstances are different you would be better trying a livechat with the Skystore team when they open at 11am tomorrow.
