Purchased a rental from sky and its downloading but not playing or given option to play

Find out moreIt should give you the option to play once enough of the film has downloaded so if isn't doing this and your broadband connection is fast enough then try pausing it for a minute and if that doesn't work try archiving it so you have to start again to download it.

It would be worth deleting the download (as it sounds like it is corrupted)
once deleted, go to your deleted folder (in recordings / manage / deleted) and delete it again from there.
that will remove the potentially corrupt download from your hard drive.
Then start the download again.
If that doesn't help then you need to try a livechat with the Skystore team when they open at 11am
