Sky store hasnt used my vouchers to pay for movie

I have sky store credit on my account but it didn't use it to pay for my movie. Why?

If you bought the movie on your Skybox, the cost is always charged to your monthly Sky account 

 

to use vouchers or credit - you have to buy the movie online or through an app. 

As @oldfella suggests, if this is what has happened (or if not, to establish what did happen) - you are best to chat to the Skystore team
