Spend cap

I'm trying to buy scrooged and venom that sky are offering for free and it seems to say I have a spend cap. They're both free and I didn't know I had one.

I can't purchase more than one product in one day due to reaching my spending cap. I haven't got a spending cap on it. And both products are £0.00.
