I changed my account email address weeks ago.
I bought two new movies on Sky Store and its sending the receipt to the old email address.
All looks ok on my account.
Why is this happening?

When you changed your account email address, do you mean the one you use for Sky or the one you use for Skystore?
For Skystore, if you log in online to your Skystore account, click on your name at the top, then you click on Account and look at personal details, do you see the email address there that you want to use ? If not you can "manage" it and correct it
