Skystore films won’t play

I get this message when I try to play a film

 

your session has expired as you have been offline for 0 days 

please open your sky store app with an internet connection for a moment so we can renew your session. You'll then be able to watch your downloads offline 

I've done this and no change

Are you using the Sky Store appon something like a phone or tablet or are you using the Sky Store website/deskop player to try and play it ?

I had the same problem. Delete the app from mobile device. Log on to sky store on a desktop, delete the device from the settings, and then log out. redownload the app onto your mobile device and bingo!
