Chrome cast purchased film

When I cast my already purchased film to my chrome cast it no longer works it used too shows an error playback so  code (5000)

Is this a Buy and Keep film or a rental that is returning this error, if a Buy and Keep then have you tried it a number of times ?

It's a buy and keep and I've tried it multiple times it will not work
