Purchased sky store items not in my library

Hi, when I check My Lib the items I have purchased are not there.

 

When I try to purchase them again it reports that I have already purchased them; check lib. 

 

Seems like an issue in my account. Any one run into this before?

What device are you using to look at your Buy and Keep purchases ?
