Sky store wont let me download free vip film says cant purchase

Every time i try to buy from sky store on tv.  it says i cant purchase, also wont let me download any free vip films. But i can purchase on my phone app and send to box, is there  some setting on tv. I should go into as ive looked and nothing in my settings say its blocked for purchases
