It's been nearly a week & still missing trolls from my purchases.. I've been advised to check my sky store Library & it's there on my Library but not on my Q box purchases? I've tried resending it to my zQ box but still nothing it's frustrating me now.. I've paid for this movie but can't watch it 😞 I've had a text from Sky telling me I can repurchase but won't take no money off me.. so I had a look & it not for buy only Rent & no one is answering my call now? Please can someone help me?

I presume it is but os your online account linked to your Sky Q box, if so when you try to send it to your box do you see any error messages ?
