Sky store purchases not showing

Hi. I purchased a film from sky store and it (along with all of my other purchases) are not showing on my purchases option. It is saythst I have no purchases. I have turned my Sky Q box off at the mains, and I have removed and reinserted my viewing card. Yet still nothing. Can anyone help please. Thank you in advance.

Did you make the purchases your via Sky Q box and if so were they rental or buy and keep content ?

I purchased all but the last one through Sky Q. They have all been purchased not rented.
