Sky store purchase

I bought anaconda and me and my son had to stop watching it and then watch again on a different night and when we came to watch it again it was saying there was a technical issue and now it's telling me I have to pay again

Was it a rental or a purchase (buy and keep) ?

if a rental you only have 48 hours to finish viewing from when you start. 

if that was the issue, you might be able to persuade the Skystore support team to allow you a goodwill rental - worth asking although they aren't open till 11am - usually Monday but I'm unsure on a Bank Holiday
