Sky store problem

Asda pizza and pop meal deal and movie 

sorted that out but no movie on my tv just on a app on phone need movie to be on tv 

 

how do I fix this

Hi @Mad2miss 

If you want the movie on your Q box then you need to order it on your Q box.

@Mad2miss 

Was your film a Buy and Keep one, if so select it on your phone then you should see the option to send it to your Sky box.

 

If it was a rented one then you can't send this to your box so you can only view this on your phone or online.
