Sky store not working anymore

I have always been able to purchase or rent from the sky store but it is no longer working, I get an error message saying I cannot buy or rent this film , I'm up to date with my bills , it's just suddenly not working for me

We do hear of glitches happening from time to time. These can usually be fixed through livechat
