how do you find the free movies for VIP

I am trying to download my free VIP movie, but I am struggling to find any that are free. When I click on  VIP gift the movies none are stating they are free.

None of the movies listed under Sky VIP is free!

Then as stated above you will need to contact the Sky Store team so they can help you with this as they should be if you have never had a free film via Sky VIP before.

I am trying to find out how to download a free VIP ie Peter Rabbit 2 message keeps saying pending but nothing happens

Are you downloading anything else at the same time @Lina123 because if you are it should start after that one finishes. If you are not it might be worth rebooting your Sky box at the mains, leave it off for a few minutes before powering it back on.
