Sky store login not working error code 0300
I am trying to purchase something on sky store and when I try to go to the settings, it comes up with an error code 0300.

This could be due to any issue with your payment method as per this:

Thank you. I managed to get in touch with an actual person and they were helpful. I seem to have two skyids so needed to reset the tv to the new id.
