Sky store Matilda musical

Same issue for me and a very disappointed little girl. Shows in my purchases in the app but cannot view or send to box still shows all the preorder info.

We have had the same issue this mornign my 6 year old is poorly and has been counting down the day and was also so eccited this morning and no go on playing.  I phoned sky and they said it was a wider issue but the tech team dont start until 11!  Not happy would be an understantement. Howvere just seen it is also on Prime for the same price so i guess Prime will be getting my money and not sky 🙂

just spoke to live chat on sky store and this was the response so hopefully they can get it resolved today

Hi I pre - ordered the bonus one a few weeks ago ready for today but cannot watch it! Only states purchased ! but play! Not sure what is going on!

Managed to purchase its at top of page of skystore website the problem now is that I can't send it to sky q box says it has but not under purchases not anywhere 😭

I've called them regarding this issue as we have also purchased and unable to view and apparently it's a major technical fault which they are dealing with and said it will be available by the end of today 🤷‍♀️

She said to keep trying throughout the day.

So frustrating

It's showing as purchased on my screen and says select to watch but it's not downloading so not quite ready yet!x

Others have posted that it should be "today"  the 8th - but I've heard no more than that

Hi I purchased Matilda the musical weeks ago too and it’s not allowing me to play it either. 
mice been retrying over and over and still nothing. 
move got family invited later for a movie & takeaway night.  Getting worried now 🙈
