Sky store Christmas gift charged me!

As a sky tv customer I enter the sky store to confirm my Christmas gift movie ( the grinch or love actually).

I then confirm the purchase but it I end up paying the full price for this and it's now been charged to my account!

can someone from the sky team please help and get a refund on this purchase
