I turned my telly on this morning and it said, " we're having technical issues so you may have limited service" or something along those lines. It's back now but it's getting ridiculous ain't it. If I was allowed a dish at the place I'm living , there is no way on earth I would have got the glass, I would have kept my sky q boxes. The service with this television is the worst I've ever known with a provider. Fingers crossed you get yours sorted sooner rather than later and you're all back to normal. A sky rep is ringing me later between 12 and 1 I think he said. He's gonna get a right piece of my mind!

When trying to watch movies said i had to wait till 1st Feb to add that tv back on. The tv in question has always been the one I have used the most and is what I make all my purchases through so guess I will have to wait.
I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm each day and can be found here:

Sky Store's device management is a bit haphazard?
I lost to all my devices not long ago!
