Sky Store not working again

Hi

Is anyone else having problems with sky store again? I have a glass TV and when I go to sky store, the screen just stays black and doesn't load at all. I phoned a  sky representative and he said that there were no issues reported and then said I might have to have a new television. It's not working on the puck in the bedroom either so it's not the tv that's the problem. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing this.

Yes this happening from yesterday and again today with my puck. Stays black screen. Lg tv for skystore says Well,that didnt go to plan... Sky Store isnt loading. Please try again in a bit. (0003)

Sky store app not working

Hi, Is anyone else having problems being able to access Sky store app on now TV? Getting message saying there's a technical fault and to try again later but I can't even access the Web page via my mobile phone?! Help!!

Yeah same here, not working since yesterday. Did a full reset for all the apps and now my discovery plus isn't working either, I just have a grey screen and a box with splash image written in it. He did say he was ringing back between 12-1 on Saturday to see if I have any joy so let's see if he does. Thanks for the reply though, at least I know it's not just mine that is the problem.

Hi, mine hasn't worked since last night. Wont work on my ipad or my TV. According to Sky I have no known issues 🙄

Mines the same on both phone and tv. Just has the 0003 message saying to try in a bit. It's been doing this since yesterday afternoon for me. I hope it comes back on soon as I have just recently bought new movies and now cant watch them

I've just tried the app on my iPad too and the movies all show but when I clicked on one to try it, there was a "sorry there is a technical issue" message. At least now there's something to tell us that there's a problem.  It's a pity we don't get that on the telly so at least we know there is a fault.

Just tried mine on the telly  and it's come back. I'll check the puck and my iPad too. Probably another glitch so next time it happens I'll just be patient and wait a couple of days, as annoying as that is.

My discovery plus still isn't working so I refreshed the apps but still no joy. It works on my iPad and the puck but not the glass. Hoping that it's just a glitch that will be resolved soon but thank god I can watch my movies now 😄

So now that I can get back on my sky store app on the tv it said that I the tv wasnt registered to skystore. When trying to watch movies said i had to wait till 1st Feb to add that tv back on. The tv in question has always been the one I have used the most and is what I make all my purchases through so guess I will have to wait. What a joke
