Sky Store missing films

I have bought a movie in SkyStore app but it is not showing in my library, either on my android phone, tablet or tv QBox. I have also rented a film, received an email to say I only have 2 days left view and to press Play. When I do that the link takes me straight to the buy/rent section. I also have money left in my account which is not showing. What can I do? .

As you have 3 issues here then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
