Sky store rental not working

Paid to rent Ghost Buster frozen empire on Wednesday evening. Watch half. Went back yesterday (Thursday) and movie would download due to a 'technical fault' and we couldn't find he movie in our downloads or rentals. (All other downloads were working).

 

went back on this evening and it wants me to pay again to rent (£15.99!!)

 

How can we just watch the rest of the movie?

Afraid you only have 48 hrs (once you start watching) to see the movie.

You could contact Sky Store directly to if they are sympathetic.

try, I was trying to contact them but failed and ended up here. Their issue not ours... (and we are still within 48hrs)
