Sky Store Won't Load

I recently got an email asking me to download my FREE movie from joining VIP. When I log into Sky store, it just keeps loading after sign in. 

I can't make it work, on my TV, (sky stream) it asks me to log in first on the web.

It is working for me so have you tried using an alternative browser ?

I have used Chrome and the official app. It's the same in both.

Are you using anything that could be bloocking the app like a VPN ?

Nope. I have tried the app, chrome and edge. Also tried on WiFi and mobile data. Same no matter what.
