Can’t purchase on sky store

After numerous attempts and. Even a New box I am still unable to purchase any films due to apparrently reaching my credit limits. I have been with sky for 15+ years and this started 4 months ago and when I can get though to speak to someone (which is so hard nowadays) they tell me to do the same things and yet still no ability to buy

The credit limit problem is a very regular thing we hear of on the forum 

it just means that for whatever reason your Skystore account has a spending limit set or reset to (usually) £0

Usually nothing that the customer has done wrong, just something that seems to happen from time to time. 

There is a specialist Skystore support team (next open Saturday 11am) who should be able to fix this quickly
