Sky Store Premiere

I thought movies marked with the sky premiere logo could be watched while they are in the cinema for extra cost? 
mine allows me to preorder the movie but could do that without premiere. So what is the actual point of it? Because when I click on it, it will say we will let you know when it's available.

It looks like some films are not available at the same time the films are being shown at the cinema so this is why they have pre-order against them as they will have a separate digital release date.
