I purchased wicked on Saturday Jan 4th I paid for rental for the week buts it's no longer on my box set and it's not a week

@Sinead41 Did you start watching any of it? If you did then then the rental expires after 48 hours.

With rented films like this you have 7 days to start watching it but this then changes to 48 hours once you do.

If you want to watch it again then you will have to rent it and watch it again.

The answers from the others are correct. I would mention that it might possibly be worth trying a live chat with the Skystore team to explain what happened (that due to a misunderstanding you didn't get to view) and ask if they will offer you a goodwill rental
