As we are customers here we can not help you so I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:

Hi @Futureisnow 

 

The link above provided by @caesarome is the correct link but my suggestion would be (if you are able to do so )  use the livechat option rather than any other. 

It's open till 7.30pm tonight and is usually very efficient.

Were you using the live chat as suggested as that is open until 7.30 this evening and I am pretty sure they will be able to fix this issue for you. You can see it on the link I posted for you.
