Really annoyed. Got £50 worth of credit in Sky store vouchers. Never used them before.
Ordered some movies on my Sky box but noticed after I ordered them that my Sky Store balance is still £50. Looked at my Sky bill and they are being added to my next bill.
Only after looking online has it become clear that you can't use Sky Store credit on the Sky store on your box. How ridiculous!
How is a customer supposed to know that without researching it?

As you have been charged for these films all you can do is to speak to Sky Store support via the live chat to see what they say:

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf @DavidW76 you could persuade Sky to simply cancel those purchases and knock them off your bill, you could then purchase them again online and send them to your Sky box (this applies to buy and keep, but NOT to rentals)
