Can not archive sky store purchase

Hi, 

    I purchased the ultimate gangster collection from sky store and it is not letting me archive it.It's a collection of 4 movies and when you download 1, an option will come up to either watch it or "lock" it?

No option to archive is available so I'm stuck with it constantly in my recordings?!?!

Any help would be appreciated.

All I can say @Kevin+j+v is that on all my downloaded purchased movies - my Sky Q box offers me the option to Archive it. 

Just checking - it's definitely fully downloaded ? Are you sure it's not just offering you the opportunity to download it when it says "watch" 

 

Unless anyone comes up with something better - the Skystore livechat opens at 11am and I would see what they suggest.
