Returns

I've returned my sky equipment and keep getting texts stating that I need to send it back. What do I do?

There can be a time lag between a customer returning equipment and your account being updated 

 

Make sure you keep your proof of posting.

 

I've escalated your query to Sky and all being well they will contact you by either private message on the forum or through a little speech bubble that appears when you are on the forum
