Renting a Movie
I took up a recent offer from buying pizzas in Asda and got a code to rent a movie from the Sky Store. I applied the code as advised and it said the amount was credited to my account.
We selected a movie and rented it. It didnt pop up I was going to be charged or use the credit. It just said ok and downloaded for us to watch.
I didnt get any email showing I had rented it and I cant find it on my account only the free Sonic movie we got for being a VIP.
Where can I check whether the credit we applied was used against the rental or see whether I am going to be charged for it. Its not on my current bill or July bill.

@Jellyman77 These codes are normally only applied to purchases on mobile devices for mobile viewing only not via a sky box
so depending on how you downloaded it will determine whether you are charged or not

As well as using mobiles devices you can also use the credit from these codes via the Sky Store website.
You wil be charged for watching the rental film if it was ordered via a Sky box, depending on your billing date if it isn't on the bill that would be paid this month it should be on the next one but it can take a little while to appear.
To use the credit from the code you must use the online Sky Store site only so with rented films this means they can not be sent to your Sky box.
