Tried buying a movie but I can't as it states there's a price cap that I haven't set up or authorised . Tried to look on the app & my account but there's no link I can see to change this

You can't set a limit yourself - but with a livechat to the Skystore team you can usually do this easily.

they should still be open now and for another two hours. Then tomorrow from 11am
