I purchased wicked on Saturday Jan 4th I paid for rental for the week buts it's no longer on my box set and it's not a week

If you want to watch it again then you will have to rent it and watch it again.

The answers from the others are correct. I would mention that it might possibly be worth trying a live chat with the Skystore team to explain what happened (that due to a misunderstanding you didn't get to view) and ask if they will offer you a goodwill rental
